Controlling your information
When you fill in an enquiry form, or a email signup form on recollate.com you are providing us with your name and email address. We won’t automatically sign you up for email marketing if you give us your email, but will confirm the opt-in again via email.
Our email lists and marketing is managed with Mailchimp, we have a data processing agreement with them.
We will never sell, distribute or lease your personal information to any third party, unless you’ve given us express permission to do so, or unless we are legally required to do so.
Any personal information we hold about you is stored and processed under our data protection policy, which adheres to the Data Protection Act 1998.
The personal information we hold on you is held securely to prevent any unauthorised access. We implement strong and industry standard electronic safeguards, as well as restricting the number of people that can access your data.
